Dear Hammer Families,

I want to take this opportunity to introduce myself.  My name is Roberto Beall, and I am honored to be working alongside Dave Cameron and with everyone associated with the Arizona Hammers Soccer Club as your Director of Coaching.  I share a common vision and philosophy with Dave regarding the way we educate our players in soccer and in life.  Passion for the game of soccer, player development, enjoyment of the experience and most importantly teaching critical life skills are the foundation on which we will continue to build the club.  I am excited to be able to work with everyone at the club; players, coaches, administrators and families as we continue to develop a tradition of excellence in youth soccer.

I have already met some of our Hammer players and families; it is indeed refreshing to see so many eager, happy people who represent the organization.  I look forward to interacting with as many of you as possible in the coming months as we begin our Summer Skills and Tryout process.  I am committed to sharing my knowledge and experience with our young players to help them grow both on and off the field and to be able to play a part in their development as scholars, athletes and good citizens.
